Report content and contact us.
How to report illegal content or dangerous products on SeeYouSoon, how we review what is posted, and how authorities and users can reach us, under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
In brief
- Want to report illegal content? Tap «Report» in the app (on a booking chat, a review, a business's page, an ad or a post in Trades), use the form on this page (without an account or email) or email [email protected] with the subject «Anmälan om olagligt innehåll».
- A person on our team reads every report and makes every decision to remove or restrict content. A word list automatically rejects severe slurs and prohibited goods when something is posted, and an AI check can flag suspected prohibited goods in business texts for our staff, but AI never removes anything on its own.
- We confirm that we have received your report, and we tell you what we decided and how you can object.
- If we remove or restrict something you have posted, your account or your business's page, you are told why and how to object.
- If someone is in danger: call 112. If we suspect a crime that threatens someone's life or safety, we report it to the Police.
- The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) supervises our compliance with the DSA, and the Swedish Consumer Agency together with other market surveillance authorities supervises the product safety rules (GPSR).

1. Who is responsible
SeeYouSoon is operated by Timmarna Platform, a sole trader with organisation number 970905-3558, Lilla Bommen 1, 411 04 Göteborg. In this text we call ourselves «we».
SeeYouSoon is an online platform under the DSA (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065): customers, drivers and businesses post content on our service, for example reviews, business pages and chat messages.
According to a statement of 2026-11-03 from the holder of Timmarna Platform, he is neither owner, board member nor authorised signatory in GÖTA TRANSPORT 24 AB (he only works there, which matches the public board register). Timmarna Platform is therefore assessed independently as a micro and small enterprise under the EU definition (Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC, fewer than 50 employees and under EUR 10 million in turnover). For this reason, some of the DSA's rules do not apply to us, for example the requirement for annual transparency reports and for a formal internal complaint-handling system. What applies to us is set out on this page, and you can always object to our decisions, see section 9.
2. Contact for authorities
Authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and market surveillance authorities can reach us at [email protected]. This is our single point of contact under Article 11 of the DSA and Article 22.1 of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, Regulation (EU) 2023/988).
Send post to Timmarna Platform, Lilla Bommen 1, 411 04 Göteborg.
Write in Swedish or English. Please state in the subject line which authority you represent.
We receive orders to act against illegal content or dangerous products, or to provide information (Articles 9 and 10 of the DSA and Article 22 of the GPSR), at the same address.
3. Contact for users of SeeYouSoon
You can reach us at [email protected]. This is our point of contact for users and consumers under Article 12 of the DSA and Article 22.2 of the GPSR (for reporting dangerous or unsafe products). You do not need an account to write to us.
A person on our team reads and answers around the clock in Swedish, Arabic and English. Never replaces 112 when life is in danger.
If you are signed in to the app, you can also open «Help Center» and choose «Start a new case». You then write directly to our team.
The chat icon in the app opens an AI assistant. It is not our point of contact for reports. Use the form on this page, e-mail or a case in the app when you want to report content.
4. Where content is found on our service
We write most of what is on SeeYouSoon ourselves. But some content comes from customers, drivers and businesses. The table shows where.
| Contents | Who writes it | Who sees it | How we review |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reviews of businesses | Who writes itCustomers, after a booking, ride or order with the business. The business can reply below the review. | Who sees itEveryone who views the business in the app. The review is shown with the writer's first name. | How we reviewAnyone in the app can report a review using «Report». Our team can hide the review, and the person who wrote it is notified with the reason. |
| Businesses' pages and offers | Who writes itThe business or the organiser: name, description, photos, menus, goods, services, events, travel offers and prices. | Who sees itEveryone who uses the app. | How we reviewAnyone in the app can report the page or item using «Report». Our team can reject, pause or suspend a page, an item or an offer with written notice. |
| Q&A and Mini-CV in Trades | Who writes itCustomers ask questions, and verified tradespeople answer and show their Mini-CV. | Who sees itEveryone who opens Trades in the app. | How we reviewContact details and severe slurs are rejected when the post is submitted. Anyone can report a question, an answer or a Mini-CV using «Report», and our team can hide it with notice of the reason. |
| Ads | Who writes itOur team, on behalf of a business. | Who sees itEveryone who uses the app. Ads are uniformly labelled «Ad». | How we reviewOnly our team can publish an ad, and anyone can report it using «Report». |
| Chat about a booking | Who writes itThe customer and the business. | Who sees itOnly the two of you. If there is a complaint, our team can read the chat, and every such reading is logged. | How we reviewWe read it only when someone complains. The messages are deleted 30 days after they were written. |
| Chat during a taxi ride | Who writes itThe customer and the driver. | Who sees itOnly the two of you, in the app. Our team does not read it in the panel. | How we reviewWe rely on what you tell us. The messages are deleted 30 days after they were written, except when the ride has an incident. |
| «A few words about you» in Care | Who writes itYou, if you have turned on that you are open to a life partner. | Who sees itOnly the care team. | How we reviewThe app does not accept the text if it contains contact details (see section 7). The team can hide the text. |
5. How to report illegal content
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaches our terms, including people without an account. This applies under Article 16 of the DSA.
In the app, tap «Report» on a booking chat or a message inside it, on a review, a business's page or item, an ad, a travel offer or a post in Trades Q&A. Here on the web you can report directly in the form below — without an account and without giving your name or email address:
If you prefer to send an email instead — for example to attach a screenshot — write to [email protected] with the subject «Anmälan om olagligt innehåll» and include:
- Where the content is. Be as precise as you can: which screen in the app or which page on the web, which business, which review or which chat. If it concerns a chat: state which booking or ride it concerns, when the message was written and what it said. Feel free to include a screenshot.
- Why the content is illegal. Explain in your own words. You are welcome to name the law you believe it breaks, but you do not have to.
- Your name and your email address (optional). In the web form above you can leave both blank, for example if the report concerns child sexual abuse or if you prefer not to leave contact details. If you send an email, we see the address you write from.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in the report is accurate and complete.
If something breaks our terms without being illegal, you can report it in the same way. In that case, state which rule you believe it breaks.
There are also a few routes in the app:
- A business can report a review about itself using «Report review». Reporting it does not hide the review. Our team assesses it.
- In Care, «Report or block» opens a case with our team.
- If you feel unsafe during a taxi ride: use «Safety» in the app, or call 112 if someone is in danger.
Chat messages are deleted 30 days after they were written. So please report as soon as you can.
6. What happens to your report
- If you submit via the form on this page, you receive a reference number on screen immediately. If you entered an email address (or emailed us), you receive an email confirmation that your report has been received.
- A person in our team reads the report and looks at the content. We use no automated tools to assess reports.
- The team decides whether the content is to be removed, hidden or restricted, or whether it may stay. We assess every report objectively and equally, regardless of who makes the report or who is reported.
- If you provided an email address or reported while signed in to the app, we tell you what we decided and how you can object to the decision.
Every report is given a prompt assessment without undue delay manually by our team.
If you enter a name or email address, they are stored encrypted and used only to handle your report. We do not tell the person or business you report who you are unless that is necessary to handle the case or required by law. More about your data is set out in our privacy policy.
7. How we review content
The rules for what you may post are set out in the terms of use. For businesses, the partner terms also apply. Here we describe how we review content, under Article 14 of the DSA.
People make the decisions
Every decision to remove, hide or restrict published content, a page or an account is made by a person on our team. No AI makes decisions to remove or restrict content.
Only members of the team who are authorised for that specific task can make the decision. If we hide a review or suspend an account, we record who did it and the reason.
Automatic checks
Some checks run automatically in the app and on our server:
- When someone writes a review, a business reply, a chat message, a post in Trades Q&A or a public business text, a word list checks whole words and phrases in Swedish, English and Arabic against severe slurs and threatening or sexual insults (without AI). If the text matches the word list, it is rejected immediately with a prompt to rephrase and is not saved.
- When a business adds, edits or imports a product, dish, service or description, a word list rejects prohibited goods immediately. Texts that pass the word list are also checked in the background by an AI model (MiniMax, with Cloudflare Workers AI as fallback) without personal data — see AI at SeeYouSoon. The AI model can only flag suspected prohibited goods for our staff and never hides or removes anything on its own.
- Reviews can only be left by signed-in customers who have completed a booking or ride with the business in the app. For salons and restaurants this applies within 90 days, with only one review per booking or order.
- A person who owns a salon or works there cannot write reviews of the salon.
- A review of a salon or a restaurant may be at most 500 characters. A chat message about a booking may be at most 1,000 characters, and each person can send at most 12 per minute.
- The «A few words about you» text in Care and posts in Trades Q&A do not accept web addresses, email addresses, @-handles or phone numbers. This prevents contact details from being shared there.
- In SeeYouSoon Club, the system flags patterns that may indicate cheating, for example many purchases between the same customer and the same business. A person in the team assesses the flag and decides whether points should be taken back.
What we can do
- Hide a review or a post in Trades Q&A or Mini-CV. A hidden review is not visible and does not count towards the business's rating.
- Hide the «A few words about you» text in Care from the care team.
- Reject, pause or suspend a business's page, an item or an offer. If a shop item is dangerous, unsafe or recalled (for example in EU Safety Gate), we place a safety lock on the item so the shop cannot reactivate it on its own, and we notify customers who have bought the item via the app.
- Pause a business's stamp card or offer in SeeYouSoon Club.
- Take back points in SeeYouSoon Club that were earned through cheating.
- Suspend a role, for example as a driver or a business.
- Suspend an account.
- Ensure that two people are not matched with each other again after a report about a taxi ride.
We choose the action that is proportionate to what has happened. We take everyone's rights into account, for example freedom of expression.
8. Notice and reasons when we take action
If we remove or restrict something you have posted, your account, your role or your business's page, you receive a notice with the reasons. This applies under Article 17 of the DSA, when the action is taken because the content is illegal or breaks our terms.
The notice states:
- what we have done and for how long it applies,
- the facts on which the decision is based,
- whether any automated tool was used,
- the law or the rule in our terms on which the decision is based,
- how you can object.
We send the notice by email to the address on your account, and where applicable in the app as well:
- If we hide a review or a post, the person who wrote it is notified in the app or by email with the reason and how to object.
- If we reject, pause or suspend a business's page, an item, an offer, a role or an account, the business or account holder receives written notice stating the reasons at the email address on the account, and in the app for listings and roles.
One exception: when two people are no longer matched after a report about a taxi ride, we do not tell the person who was reported. This protects the person who made the report.
9. How to object to a decision
Do you think our decision is wrong? This applies both when we have taken action against your content and when we have left something you reported in place.
- Reply to the e-mail containing the notice, or e-mail [email protected] with the subject «Objection to decision». Tell us why you think the decision is wrong.
- A person in our team looks at the case again.
- We tell you what we concluded. If we change our minds, we reverse the action, for example by showing the review again or reopening the page or the account.
You can also always turn to the ordinary courts.
If the dispute concerns something you have bought through SeeYouSoon, you as a consumer can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
If you are a business, what the partner terms say about suspension and objections also applies.
10. Crime and danger
If someone is in danger right now: call 112.
If we become aware of anything that leads us to suspect a criminal offence threatening someone's life or safety, we report it to the Swedish Police Authority without delay. This applies under Article 18 of the DSA and Chapter 2, Section 3 of lagen (2024:954) med kompletterande bestämmelser till EU:s förordning om digitala tjänster (the Act supplementing the EU Digital Services Act).
If you want to report a crime yourself, you can reach the Police on 114 14 or at polisen.se.
11. Number of users
If PTS or the European Commission requests it, we provide information on how many people use SeeYouSoon on average each month. This applies under Article 24(3) of the DSA.
12. Supervision and complaints
The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) is Sweden's Digital Services Coordinator and supervises our compliance with the DSA (Section 4 of förordningen (2024:958) med kompletterande bestämmelser till EU:s förordning om digitala tjänster (the Ordinance supplementing the EU Digital Services Act)).
- The Swedish Agency for the Media (Mediemyndigheten) supervises what the terms of use must say about how we review content (Article 14 of the DSA).
- The Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) supervises some of the DSA's rules that protect consumers.
If you think we do not comply with the DSA, you can complain to PTS, pts.se (Article 53 of the DSA).
If it concerns your personal data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se. More about this is in the privacy policy.
13. Changes to this page
When we change this page, we publish the new version here with its date. If the terms of use change, the app asks you to accept the new version the next time you sign in or book.
All our terms and policies are collected under Terms and policies.
