Taxi rides and freight on one account for the company. The employees book in the app and choose a cost centre, and the administrator sees every booking. The ride is paid in the car and the freight is invoiced by the transport company: the money goes directly to whoever does the job.

One list per month
The administrator downloads the month's taxi rides as a list in the app, with traveller, cost centre, amount and VAT, as CSV. There is no collected invoice from SeeYouSoon: the ride is paid in the car.

You control the account
You decide who travels on the account: the administrator invites employees with a link in the app, removes anyone who has left and sets up your cost centres.

No mark-up because you are a business. The same as for everyone else: the full amount goes to whoever does the work.
Uses
What a business account can be used for.
Taxis to client meetings
The trip is booked in the app by the person who is travelling: in the taxi booking, the traveller chooses «Resa som» your company and a cost centre, and «Resan syns för företagets administratör.» The price is the same as for a private ride and is paid in the car to the taxi company.
Freight from the business account
Full load, part load, return load, container and crane are booked from a business account, Express also as a private individual. The administrator sees the account's freight, filters by cost centre and downloads a list. The transport company invoices after the delivery, and the invoice is found under the business account in the app.

The month's list
The administrator downloads the account's trips for a month as CSV: date, traveller, cost centre, amount, VAT, taxi company and receipt number. No money passes through SeeYouSoon.
Other services
Lunch, cleaning, moving, car wash and crafts are not part of the business account. An employee books them in the app like anyone else and pays directly to the business that does the job.

Who may travel
The administrator invites employees with a link in the app, with a validity period and a number of uses, and removes anyone who should no longer travel on the account. Each employee is a traveller or an administrator.

What it costs
The price is the same as for a private ride, with no mark-up, and is paid in the car. There is no cap per person, month or order today.

What has been booked
The administrator sees the account's trips and freight in the app, never an employee's private bookings. For a taxi ride, the traveller, cost centre, amount and taxi company are shown, not the address, phone number or driver. You can require a cost centre on every trip.
