At salons with walk-in you see how many are waiting and join the queue with «Put me in the queue». You are told when it is your turn, and you can leave the queue whenever you like.
Waiting list
Is the time you want fully booked? Put yourself on the waiting list, and you are offered a time that becomes free. It is held for you for a while, so that you have time to accept.
Wellness
Find salons with treatments that qualify for the wellness allowance.

A time is only booked if the stylist is free then, so a booking is a confirmed time.
Reschedule or cancel
In the app up to the cut-off the salon sets, normally two hours before. If the salon has fees for late cancellation or a missed appointment, they are stated on the booking and paid to the salon.
Reviews after the visit
Only someone who has been there can rate.
