Permits and registration checked upon onboarding
Businesses that apply under «Bli partner» (Become a partner) submit identification, a certificate of registration and liability insurance, which we check upon onboarding before the business is activated (the check does not constitute any guarantee of the performance or quality of the work).
Electrical authorisation
Electrical work is only done by businesses with verified authorisation.
Your number is protected
Before you accept, the business sees the area and the municipality, never the street. It gets the address and your phone number once you have accepted a quote.
Chat and calls in the app
Chat with and call the tradesperson in the app during the job.
Report a problem
If something goes wrong, you report it on the job in the app.
Nothing is paid in advance
You approve each stage before it is invoiced, and the business invoices after the work.
