1. Who you have an agreement with

Your contract is with Timmarna Platform, a sole proprietorship (sole trader) at Lilla Bommen 1, 411 04 Göteborg. SeeYouSoon is the name of the service. You can reach us at [email protected] and by phone on 010-555 88 85. We are also the data controller for the personal data needed for the membership (see section 10).

2. What the membership is

The membership gives you the following three service perks for as long as it is active and has taken effect:

• Priority customer support: your support cases are placed first in the customer service queue.
• Trips of the month first: you see the month's curated travel offers before non-members.
• Partner member offers: you get access to offers reserved for members by participating partner businesses.

The membership gives no direct discounts in kronor on rides, food, or other orders. Club points have no monetary value and cannot be used to pay the membership fee. The membership is personal and tied to your SeeYouSoon account; it cannot be transferred to anyone else. It is separate from SeeYouSoon Club, which is free of charge and included with every account. Your free SeeYouSoon Club membership is unaffected by whether or not you hold SeeYouSoon Plus.

3. Price and payment

You pay in advance for the full period when purchasing the membership and thereafter by automatic card charge at each renewal. You pay on the website by debit or credit card in Swedish kronor, and card processing is handled by Stripe. Accepted payment methods are shown before you begin the purchase. No other fees apply.

4. How the purchase works

Before you pay, we show the price including VAT, billing period, monthly cost, automatic renewal, how to cancel the membership, and how the right of withdrawal works. We also show these terms and the model withdrawal form. The purchase binds you only once you have ticked that you accept the terms, pressed the “Pay 10 SEK and join” or “Pay 120 SEK and join” button, and payment has been confirmed by Stripe. Immediately after confirmed payment, we send a contract confirmation in readable and durable form to your verified e-mail address containing these terms, the withdrawal form, and your membership details. Keep that e-mail.

5. When the membership starts

When purchasing, you choose whether the membership should take effect immediately. The checkbox is never pre-ticked:

“I want the membership to start immediately. I understand that I can still withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, and that I will then pay for the days I have been a member.”

If you tick the box, the membership and service perks activate immediately once payment is confirmed. If you leave the box unticked, the membership takes effect once the withdrawal period ends, namely on the 15th day after purchase.

6. Automatic renewal and reminder

The membership runs until further notice with no lock-in period and renews automatically for a new period of the same length (one month or one year) at the applicable price (see section 9) until you cancel it. If a renewal payment cannot be charged, Stripe makes automatic retry attempts; if the period remains unpaid, the membership ends so that neither perks nor debt continue without a paid period.

For an annual membership, we send a written reminder by e-mail at least one calendar month before the last day to cancel ahead of renewal. The reminder states the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel in one step. If we fail to send the reminder on time, you are entitled to terminate the annual membership with immediate effect free of charge, and we will refund the fee for the renewed period (Swedish Consumer Protection on Automatic Contract Renewal Act (2014:1449), Section 3).

7. Cancellation

You can cancel the membership at any time using the “Cancel membership” button here on seeyousoon.se/medlemskap when signed in, or in the app under SeeYouSoon Plus if you are already a member. Cancelling is just as easy as joining and requires no reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep your service perks until then, after which no further card charges are made. To avoid the next renewal, cancel no later than 23:59 the day before the renewal date. We confirm your cancellation by e-mail. You can also cancel by e-mailing [email protected].

8. 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), Ch. 2, Sections 10 and 12). You do not need to give any reason. Here is how to withdraw:

• using the “Withdraw purchase” button here on seeyousoon.se/medlemskap, available throughout the withdrawal period; or
• by sending an e-mail to [email protected] stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase; or
• using the withdrawal form below, sent by e-mail or post to Timmarna Platform, Lilla Bommen 1, 411 04 Göteborg.

It is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. If you use the withdrawal function here on the website, we immediately send an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt stating the date and time we received your notice.

Refund upon withdrawal

The proportional deduction is calculated on our server as: amount paid × number of started 24-hour days as a member ÷ total days in the period, rounded down to whole kronor in your favour. The deduction can never exceed what you paid. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice, to the same payment method you used for the purchase at no cost to you. The membership and its service perks end immediately when you exercise the right of withdrawal.

9. Changes to prices and terms

We may change the price or these terms ahead of an upcoming period for valid reasons, such as changes in payment processing costs, taxes, or legal requirements. We notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before the change takes effect for you. A change never applies during a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel your membership free of charge before the next renewal. A change solely in your favour may apply immediately.

10. Your personal data

To administer SeeYouSoon Plus, we process data about your account, your e-mail address, your chosen billing period, your immediate-start choice, the version of these terms you accepted with timestamp, payment and subscription references, as well as sent confirmations, annual renewal reminders, cancellations, and withdrawal notices. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations regarding consumer protection and bookkeeping (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Accounting records are retained for 7 years after the end of the calendar year in which the booking was made (the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, chapter 7, section 2). Card details are entered directly in the Stripes checkout window and are never stored on our own servers. Read more about your rights in our privacy policy.

11. Faults and complaints

If anything in the membership does not work as promised, write to [email protected] or call 010-555 88 85; we reply within 14 days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, arn.se.

We follow ARN's recommendations.

12. Versions

These terms carry version 2026-11-05 and apply from 2026-11-05 when SeeYouSoon Plus is enabled. We record which version of the terms you accepted upon purchase.
